Maple Cornmeal Muffins

  1. Mix dry ingredients together.
  2. Beat eggs and add maple syrup, milk and butter.
  3. Stir in dry ingredients.
  4. Fill oiled muffin tins 2/3 full.
  5. Bake 20 minutes at 400 or until golden.
