Tarako Pasta
- 180 grams Spaghetti
- 50 grams Tarako
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 Shiso leaves
- Remove the sack of the tarako and mix with butter and lemon juice.
- Boil the pasta.
- Finely julienne the shiso leaves and soak in water.
- Squeeze out the moisture.
- Add the boiled pasta to Step 1 and mix together.
- Transfer to a plate and garnish with shiso leaves.
