Foil-Pack Salmon Dinner
- 1-1/2 cups instant rice, uncooked
- 1-1/2 cups hot water
- 1/2 cup fresh dill, chopped, divided
- 2 cups frozen cut green beans
- 4 salmon fillets (1 lb./450 g)
- 1/4 cup Kraft Creamy Cucumber Dressing
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Fold up all sides of each of four 18x12-inch sheets of heavy-duty foil to form 1-inch rim; spray foil with cooking spray.
- Combine rice, water and 1/4 cup dill; let stand 2 min.
- Spoon evenly onto centres of foil.
- Top evenly with beans, salmon and dressing.
- Bring up foil sides.
- Double-fold top and ends to seal each packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
- Place in 15x10x3/4-inch baking pan.
- Bake 20 min.
- or until salmon is cooked through.
- Let stand 5 min.
- Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening each packet.
- Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup dill.
