Foil-Pack Salmon Dinner

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Fold up all sides of each of four 18x12-inch sheets of heavy-duty foil to form 1-inch rim; spray foil with cooking spray.
  2. Combine rice, water and 1/4 cup dill; let stand 2 min.
  3. Spoon evenly onto centres of foil.
  4. Top evenly with beans, salmon and dressing.
  5. Bring up foil sides.
  6. Double-fold top and ends to seal each packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
  7. Place in 15x10x3/4-inch baking pan.
  8. Bake 20 min.
  9. or until salmon is cooked through.
  10. Let stand 5 min.
  11. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening each packet.
  12. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup dill.
