Aubergine And Ground Meat Casserole Recipe

  1. Shape grnd beef into patties; season with salt and pepper; brown in warm oil.
  2. Slice unpeeled aubergine into thick slices; season with salt and pepper; coat with flour and brown in oil.
  3. Place aubergine slices in baking dish.
  4. Top each slice with browned meat patties.
  5. Cover with tomato sauce.
  6. Sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan cheese over all.
  7. Top with grated cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake at300 degrees for 35 min.
