Country Skillet Bacon Corn Bread

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Mix first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
  3. Add remaining ingredients; stir just until blended.
  4. Pour into 12-inch cast iron skillet.
  5. Bake 18 to 20 min.
  6. or until golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly.
