Orange Cannoli
- 1 tub (475 g) Tre Stelle Extra Smooth Ricotta Cheese
- 1/4 cup (50) confectioners sugar
- 1/4 cup (50) mini dark chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp. (45) freshly grated orange rind
- 2 tbsp. (30 mL) orange liquer (Grand Marnier, Triple Sec)
- 8 cannoli shells
- confectioners sugar for dusting if desired
- Drain Ricotta Cheese to eliminate any excess liquid.
- In a small bowl combine all ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon until smooth.
- No later than an hour before serving, place filling in a Ziploc bag, cut corner off of bag and carefully fill each cannoli with Ricotta Cheese filling.
- Dust with confectioners sugar if desired and serve.
- Makes 8 cannoli
