Orange Cannoli

  1. Drain Ricotta Cheese to eliminate any excess liquid.
  2. In a small bowl combine all ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon until smooth.
  3. No later than an hour before serving, place filling in a Ziploc bag, cut corner off of bag and carefully fill each cannoli with Ricotta Cheese filling.
  4. Dust with confectioners sugar if desired and serve.
  5. Makes 8 cannoli
