The Best Cheesy Potatoes

• 2 lbs southern style hash browns
• 1 cup diced onion
• 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup or 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can mushroom soup
• 8 ounces sour cream
• 12 cup butter (melted)
• 2 cups shredded cheese
• salt and pepper

1. Mix the soup, sour cream, butter well.
2. Add the onion, and potatoes mix well.
3. Add the cheese and salt and pepper and mix well.
4. Put all in a 9x13-inch pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
5. Bake at 350 until it is lightly golden and bubbly.
