Chocolate Tofu Mousse

  1. Place chocolate and milk in microwavable bowl.
  2. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) 2 minutes, stirring after each minute.
  3. Add cocoa powder; mix well.
  4. Pour chocolate mixture into blender container.
  5. Add tofu; cover.
  6. Blend until smooth.
  7. Pour into large bowl.
  8. Add marshmallow creme; stir with wire whisk until well blended.
  9. Cover.
  10. Refrigerate 3 hours or until chilled.
  11. Top each serving with 1/2 cup strawberries.
