Buckwheat Oat Bread
- 3/4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon applesauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoon barley malt syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon lecithin
- 113 cup whole wheat flour
- 13 cup oat flour
- 13 cup rolled oats
- 13 cup buckwheat flour
- 2 tablespoons whey
- 2 tablespoons gluten flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoon bran
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon yeast, active dry
- Follow the directions for your bread machine or standard manual breadmaking recipe.
- Or make as bread by hand, allowing to rise until doubled, shaped and then risen again.
