Sweet Pork Chops

• 4 pork chops
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 1 cup sliced onion
• 2 tablespoons chicken broth
• 1 (20 ounce) can apple pie filling
• 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and chunked
• salt
• pepper

1. Brown chops in the oil with salt and pepper.
2. Place onion and sweet potatoes on the bottom of crock pot.
3. Place chops on top of onions.
4. Add broth.
5. Coat evenly with pie filling.
6. Cook on low 5-6 hours.
