Broccoli Chicken Casserole With Rice Recipe
- 1-2 pkg. boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 bunches broccoli
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1-2 c. mild Cheddar cheese
- 1-2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
- 6-8 servings of instant rice
- Boil chicken breast till done; set aside till cold.
- In casserole dish add in soup, cheese and cooled chicken breast (shredded up chicken breast).
- Cut up broccoli and steam till it changes color.
- Then add in to casserole dish and mix all ingredients together.
- Add in a little bit of cheese to top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Serve with rice.
- Cook rice as directed on package.
