Holiday Berry Pie
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed berries
- 1 12 cups cranberries
- 13 cup brown sugar
- 14 cup white sugar
- 12 cup hazelnuts, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 34 cup sugar
- 34 cup flour
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 cup butter, melted
- 14 cup shortening, melted
- 14 teaspoon cinnamon sugar
- Spray a 10" pie plate with Pam.
- Mix berries and cranberries together.
- Spread berry mixture over bottom and sprinkle with the sugars and hazelnuts.
- Beat eggs well, add 3/4 cup sugar gradually and beat thoroughly.
- Add flour, cinnamon, melted butter and shortening to egg-sugar mixture.
- Beat well.
- Pour batter over top of berries.
- Sprinkle on cinnamon sugar.
- Bake at 325 for 60 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
