Kidney bean pate
- 1 can kidney beans
- 125 grams soft cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 dash parsley or dill
- 1 salt, pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Heat oil, add chopped onion, garlic and chilli.
- Cook until soft.
- Cool down.
- Add rest of the ingredients and cooked onions to the blender.
