Sour Cream Cold Slaw Recipe

• 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream
• 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
• 3 tbsp. sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 3 tbsp. vinegar
• 4 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
• 2 tbsp. chopped onion

1. Blend lowfat sour cream, seasonings and vinegar.
2. Pour over cabbage and onion.
3. Mix well.
