Chinaski
- 1 ounce aquavit
- 1/2 ounce Cynar
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 1 teaspoon apricot preserves
- Dry sparkling wine
- 1 thin strip of celery
- Combine aquavit, Cynar, juice, syrup and preserves in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake.
- Strain into a champagne flute, top with sparkling wine and garnish with celery, preferably twisted into a corkscrew shape.
