Chocolate Truffles

• 14 cup cocoa powder
• 12 cup powdered sugar
• 12 cup cream cheese
• chocolate sprinkles
• 14 cup chopped nuts (optional)

1. Put the cream cheese, chopped nuts (optional), powdered sugar, and cocoa powder in a mixing bowl.
2. Stir until everything is well mixed.
3. Roll the mixture into marble-sized balls in the palms of your hands.
4. You can make them bigger if you want.
5. Roll truffles in the sprinkles and/or nuts.
6. If you like, put them in tiny truffle cups.
7. ENJOY!
