Eve Avocado, Tomato, Alfalfa, Russian, and 7-Grain

  1. Lay 2 of the bread slices on a work surface.
  2. Slice the avocado and divide the slices between the 2 pieces of bread.
  3. Lay the tomato slices on top of the avocado and top the tomato with a pile of fresh alfalfa sprouts on each sandwich.
  4. Pour dressing over everything (how much depends on how gloppy you like your sandwiches).
  5. Close up the sandwiches with the remaining bread slices.
  6. Cut the sandwiches in half, but try not to lose too much of the insides in the process.
