Dried Beef Dip/Spread

• 1 (8 ounce) packagesoftened cream cheese
• 14 cup milk
• 1 (2 1/2 ounce) package dried beef, cut into small pieces
• 2 tablespoons onion flakes
• 12 teaspoon garlic salt
• 14 teaspoon pepper
• 12 cup sour cream

1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Spread evenly in an 8" glass pie plate.
4. Bake 10 minutes in a 350-degree oven.
5. Serve either hot or cold with plenty of crackers for dipping/spreading.
