Sweet & Tender Fish with Greens

  1. Place fish in medium bowl.
  2. Add soy sauce, egg white and corn starch; mix lightly.
  3. Refrigerate 15 min.
  4. Heat 1-1/2 tsp.
  5. oil in nonstick wok on high heat.
  6. Add snow pea tips; stir-fry 3 min.
  7. or until wilted.
  8. Transfer to serving plate; cover to keep warm.
  9. Heat remaining oil in wok.
  10. Add fish; stir-fry 3 min.
  11. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  12. Add dressing; cook and stir 30 sec.
  13. Spoon over snow pea tips.
