Basil Tomato Tartlets

  1. Seed and chop tomatoes.
  2. In a medium microwave safe b owl, combine tomatoes, garlic, and celery.
  3. Microwave on high for 4 minutes, stirring 2 or 3 times.
  4. Stir Parmesan cheese, pesto, salt and pepper into tomato mixture.
  5. Let cool.
  6. Spoon filling into tartlets.
  7. Serve at room temperature.
