Fast & Easy Creamy Chilli Chicken

  1. Before you start, throw on a pot of water to boil, as this dish goes fabulously with pasta or rice.
  2. Cut chicken into any size pieces that take your fancy.
  3. Next, season with Tuscan Seasoning so that the chicken is lightly covered.
  4. You can always add some more later according to taste if you like more flavor.
  5. Lightly brown the chicken then add the chilli paste and give a quick stir to spread the love.
  6. Now add in the cream, give it a good stir and let the whole thing simmer so the cream reduces to a nice sauce.
  7. Give it an occasional stir and this is the time to add more seasoning if you feel the need.
  8. Meanwhile, your pasta /rice should be bubbling along nicely.
  9. Once your cream has reduced to your desired thickness, its just a matter of plating up your pasta/rice and heaping a loving spoonful of this dreamy chicken on top.
  10. Garnish with freshly chopped chillies if you like it hot!
  11. Note: This is a very adjustable dish; you can play around with all sorts of ingredients, its very accommodatin.
