Fresh Cherry Salsa
- 1- 1/2 cup Fresh Cherries, Pitted, Diced
- 1/4 whole Red Onion, Diced Small
- 1 whole Jalapeno Pepper, Diced Finely
- 1 whole Lemon, Zest And Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Aged Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoons Sea Or Kosher Salt
- 2 leaves Fresh Basil, Chopped Finely
- 2 Tablespoons Pure Honey
- Preparation time does not include 1 hour refrigeration time.
- In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients, stirring gently as you add each one.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
- We love this on pork tenderloin and center chops.
