Easy Cherry Cheesecake Recipe
- 1 (8 ounce.) cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. Cold Whip, thaw
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- Mix crust ingredients and press into pie pan or possibly 8 x 8 inch cake pan.
- Bake 10 to 15 min at 350 degrees.
- If you prefer, do not bake crust.
- Beat together cream cheese and sugar.
- Blend in Cold Whip.
- Pour into cold crust.
- Spread cherry filling on top.
- Refrigerate3 hrs.
- Top with whipped cream and a cherry and minced nuts or possibly any garnish.
