Hearty Potato Pan Burger Recipe
- 1 1/2 pound lean grnd beef
- 1 pkg. (5/8 ounce.) Pillsbury Brown Gravy Mix
- 10 1/2 ounce. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 tbsp. catsup
- Place meat in 2 qt round casserole.
- Break into small pcs.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
- Drain.
- Add in gravy mix, soup, lowfat sour cream, water and catsup.
- Mix.
- Drop topping by spoonfuls around edge.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 30 to 35 min.
- Topping: No need to sift flour; measure by lightly spooning into c. and leveling off.
- Combine topping ingredients; stir till moistened.
- For use with Pillsbury's best self-rising flour, decrease salt to 1/4 tsp.
- and omit baking pwdr.
