Cheesecake Spread

  1. Using either a hand or a stand mixer cream together a block of cream cheese and the sour cream.
  2. Blend in powdered sugar.
  3. Refrigerate when not in use.
  4. Use as a dip for fruit, graham crackers or whatever sounds good!
