Upside-Down Shepherd's Pie

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Microwave potatoes and water in 2-qt.
  3. microwaveable ovenproof casserole on HIGH 10 to 12 min.
  4. or until potatoes are tender.
  5. Let stand 5 min.
  6. Meanwhile, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  7. Add meat and onions; stir.
  8. Cook 10 min.
  9. until meat is browned, stirring occasionally.
  10. Stir in corn and tomatoes.
  11. Drain potatoes; return to casserole.
  12. Flatten potatoes with bottom of small cup or bowl; top with meat mixture and cheese.
  13. Cover.
  14. Bake 25 min.
  15. or until ingredients are heated through and top is golden brown, uncovering for the last 5 min.
