Upside-Down Shepherd's Pie
- 3/4 lb. new potatoes King Sooper's 5 lb For $1.88 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing
- 1 lb. extra-lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 tomato, chopped Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- 1/3 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Italian* Three Cheese Blend
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Microwave potatoes and water in 2-qt.
- microwaveable ovenproof casserole on HIGH 10 to 12 min.
- or until potatoes are tender.
- Let stand 5 min.
- Meanwhile, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add meat and onions; stir.
- Cook 10 min.
- until meat is browned, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in corn and tomatoes.
- Drain potatoes; return to casserole.
- Flatten potatoes with bottom of small cup or bowl; top with meat mixture and cheese.
- Cover.
- Bake 25 min.
- or until ingredients are heated through and top is golden brown, uncovering for the last 5 min.
