Hard Candy Jello Shots Recipe

• 1 or possibly 2 pkgs. favorite flavor Jello (watermelon is good)
• 3/4 c. boiling water
• 3/4 c. favorite schnapps (preferably to match the Jello)

1. Boil water, remove from stove.
2. In a bowl, mix Jello with water, stirring vigorously till all crystals are dissolved.
3. Add in 3/4 c. favorite schnapps.
4. Pour into small plastic condiment or Dixie cups for single servings
5. Let set in the fridge until the jello is set.
