  2. Place green beans and onion in crockpot.

  4. Season meat with seasonings.
  5. Place in crockpot on top of beans and onions.

  7. Pour beef broth over meat.
  8. Add water if not enough to cover meat to keep from drying out while cooking.

  10. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

  12. Drain most of the liquid from crockpot (leave about 1 cup of broth).
  13. Add rice and stir everything until mixed well.
  14. Let cook until rice is heated through (about 30 minutes).
