Chocolate Cream Cheese Cupcakes

  1. Fill muffin cups half way with batter.
  2. Top with a heaping tablespoon of filling.
  3. Bake at 350F (180C) for 20 to 25 minutes.
  4. Frosting not needed!
  5. Makes approx 16 cupcakes.
