Chocolate Cream Cheese Cupcakes
- 1 1/2 cups flour, all-purpose
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 13 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 large eggs
- 6 ounces chocolate chips
- Fill muffin cups half way with batter.
- Top with a heaping tablespoon of filling.
- Bake at 350F (180C) for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Frosting not needed!
- Makes approx 16 cupcakes.
