Asian Pecan, Shrimp & Rice Salad
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb. medium shrimp, cleaned, cooked Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup PLANTERS Pecan Halves, toasted, chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- Mix rice, shrimp, pecans and onions in large bowl.
- Beat teriyaki sauce and oil with wire whisk until well blended.
- Add to rice mixture; mix well.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
