Easy chicken enchiladas

  1. preheat oven to 400
  2. cut chicken breast into three quarters and boil in pot with water till chicken is done
  3. in a separate pot combine salsa, cream cheese and olives
  4. shred chicken and add to salsa and cream cheese mix
  5. line bottom of baking dish with enchilada sauce
  6. spoon chicken mix onto tortilla, roll up and place in pan, repeat until pan is full
  7. add thin layer of enchilada sauce to top, cover in cheese
  8. bake for 20-25 min

chicken breast, salsa, black olives, pack, enchilada sauce, pack cream cheese, shredded cheese
