Easy chicken enchiladas
- 3 chicken breast
- 1 jar salsa
- 1 small can black olives
- 1 pack burrito style tortillas
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 pack cream cheese
- 2 cup shredded cheese
- preheat oven to 400
- cut chicken breast into three quarters and boil in pot with water till chicken is done
- in a separate pot combine salsa, cream cheese and olives
- shred chicken and add to salsa and cream cheese mix
- line bottom of baking dish with enchilada sauce
- spoon chicken mix onto tortilla, roll up and place in pan, repeat until pan is full
- add thin layer of enchilada sauce to top, cover in cheese
- bake for 20-25 min
