Pizza Italia
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 packages dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 250 grams white bread flour
- 50 ml passata tomato sauce
- 200 ml water
- 1 other toppings
- 20 ml olive oil
- 150 grams grated cheese
- 1 dash Italian herb
- Mix yeast, flour, sugar and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix water slowly with hands until dough is dry but stays as one ball.
- Knead dough for about 10 minutes until it bounces back when you poke it.
- Leave in a warm place like edge of oven for about 5 minutes so that the yeast in the dough can expand.
- Pour a small amount of olive oil into a pizza tray and spread it around.
- Get the dough and stretch it so that it fits the tray.
- Pour the right amount of passata onto the dough.
- Spread grated cheese and Italian herb on top of the passata.
- If you want to you can add a topping of your choice.
- Cook at 200c for about 15 minutes.
- Enjoy!
