Pizza Italia

  1. Mix yeast, flour, sugar and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix water slowly with hands until dough is dry but stays as one ball.
  3. Knead dough for about 10 minutes until it bounces back when you poke it.
  4. Leave in a warm place like edge of oven for about 5 minutes so that the yeast in the dough can expand.
  5. Pour a small amount of olive oil into a pizza tray and spread it around.
  6. Get the dough and stretch it so that it fits the tray.
  7. Pour the right amount of passata onto the dough.
  8. Spread grated cheese and Italian herb on top of the passata.
  9. If you want to you can add a topping of your choice.
  10. Cook at 200c for about 15 minutes.
  11. Enjoy!
