Tuna in Yellow Broth (TONGKOL KUAH KUNING)

  1. Saute turmeric, onion, garlic and cayenne pepper until fragrant.
  2. Add the fish and a little water, and cook until the fish is cooked.
  3. Add finger starfruit, cayenne, sugar and salt.
  4. Cook until starfruit is wilted.
  5. Vegetables are ready to be served with a sprinkling of chives.
