Best Buns Recipe

  1. At 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. dissolve yeast in 1 c. hot water; set aside.
  2. Heat butter, cold and add in 4 c. hot water, sugar, Large eggs and salt.
  3. Beat in 8 c. flour till smooth; add in yeast.
  4. Add in 8 to 9 c. flour.
  5. Knead.
  6. Let rise 3 hrs.
  7. Punch down.
  8. Make into buns, cinnamon rolls or possibly whatever.
  9. Let rise till morning.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 min for cinnamon rolls.
  11. Makes a lot.
  12. I let it rise up in my large canner pan.
