4 Layer Brownies Recipe
- 1 pkt Brownie Mix (for 13" x 9" pan)
- 2 x (one 8 ounce., one 3 ounce.) Packages Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 c. Powdered Sugar
- 1 x (16 ounce.) Cold Whip, thawed
- 2 c. Cool Lowfat milk
- 1 x (3.9 ounce.) Instant Chocolate Pudding
- 1/2 c. Pecans, minced
- Prepare and bake brownies according to package direction, using a greased 13" x 9" x 2" baking pan.
- Cold completely.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar.
- Mix in 2 c. of cold whip.
- Spread over brownies.
- In another bowl, combine the lowfat milk and pudding mix; beat till smooth.
- Chill for 5 minutes.
- ; spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Spread with remaining cold whip; sprinkle with pecans.
- Chill.
