Grain Free Low Carb Cheesy Bread Sticks

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cut cauliflower into bite size pieces and steam for 20 minutes until just tender.
  3. (You can also microwave the cauliflower for 7-8 minutes instead).
  4. Place cauliflower in a food processor and pulse until the size of rice.
  5. Pour riced cauliflower into a large bowl and add Parmesan cheese, egg whites, and seasonings.
  6. Mix well then spread mixture onto baking sheet in a rectangular 8x12 shape.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes until browned on top.
  8. Invert over onto the other baking sheet with parchment paper.
  9. Bake another 10 minutes until browned.
  10. Sprinkle mozzarella over the top and broil for 1 minute until melted.
  11. Let rest 10 minutes.
  12. Slice into 24 pieces.
  13. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
