Udon breakfast
- 1 lb smoked sausage
- 3 oz udon noodles
- 1 1/2 tbsp sambal oelek
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green onion chopped
- 1 tsp dried whole leaf oregano
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- Cut sausage into medallions put into frying pan with oil
- Chop green onions put in with sausage
- Add sambal oelek, stir in let simmer 2 minutes
- Add udon noodles, salt, garlic let noodles absorb flavors add water after 2 minutes
- Turn off heat add sour cream stir in well, add add cilantro stir and serve enjoy
