Beef Patty
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 pablano pepper, roasted, seeded, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 box puff pastry
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp water
- Preheat oven to 400'F.
- Heat pan on medium with butter.
- Once butter melts and bubbles when you swirl it then add onions.
- After onions are translucent, add garlic and cook 30 seconds longer.
- Add hamburger and season.
- Once meat is brown then add broth and breadcrumbs.
- Reduce liquid.
- Mix water and egg in small bowl.
- Roll and seal beef into puff pastry in any shape and size you like.
- Brush top side of patties with egg mixture.
- Cook in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
