Marinade For Flank Steak Or London Broil Recipe

• 1/3 c. soy sauce
• 1/3 c. salad oil
• 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
• 2 tbsp. minced chutney (very optional)
• 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
• 1 tbsp. instant chopped onion

1. Pierce meat and marinate for 4 hrs or possibly overnight.
2. Broil or possibly barbecue meat to taste.
3. Portion of marinade is good for 1 large flank steak or possibly london broil.
