Spicy Thai Noodles

  1. Prepare noodles as directed on package ensuring noodles are al dente.
  2. Drain and add to a large bowl.
  3. Add the oils and crushed red pepper to a small saucepan and heat over medium heat until fragrant.
  4. Strain the crushed red pepper from the oil and add the dressing ingredients.
  5. Mix well and stir into the noodles.
  6. Let noodles cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
  7. Add basil and cilantro to the noodles and mix well.
  8. Refrigerate overnight or until cold.
  9. Serve and top with green onions and peanuts.
