Asian Pork Tenderloin Packets Recipe
- 4 sht reynolds wrap heavy duty aluminum foil (18x24 inches each)
- 1 lb Pork tenderloin, in 1/4 slices
- 2 c. Broccoli flowerets
- 8 ounce Sliced water chestnuts, liquid removed
- 2 c. Thinly sliced carrots
- 1 x Red bell pepper, cut in strips
- 2 x Green onions, sliced
- 4 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 4 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger, finely minced Warm cooked rice
- Preheat grill to high.
- Center one-fourth of port, broccoli, water chestnuts, carrots, red pepper and onions on each foil sheet.
- Sprinkle each proportionately with soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger.
- Wrap and seal to create four packets, leaving space for heat circulation inside packets.
- Grill 14 to 16 min on high in covered grill.
- Serve with rice.
