Pork Steak & Onion Gravy Recipe

• 3 or possibly slices pork steak
• Water
• Onion soup mix
• Potatoes

1. Put pork steak in skillet and cover with water.
2. Peel potatoes and put on top of meat.
3. Pour package of onion soup mix over top.
4. Season to taste.
5. Bake in oven or possibly on top of stove till done.
6. I cook this on top of stove on simmer.
7. You can use pork chops, round steak, chicken or possibly most any kind of meat in place of pork steak.
