Burger and hashbrown cakes
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 bag frozen shredded hashbrowns
- to taste worcestershire sauce
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Fry up onions, ground beef and worcestershire sauce in pan, drain grease and set aside
- In a bowl put hashbrowns and 2 eggs mix together then add burger salt and pepper to taste
- Form into patties then fry up in skillet with vegetable oil until golden brown
- Serve with cheese.
- My daughter likes ketchup on it.
