Low Fat Pepper Steak

  1. Spray skillet with cooking spray.
  2. Saute beef and remove.
  3. Saute onion and garlic in skillet until tender.
  4. Add pepper and a small amount of water to onion and garlic; cover and cook on low until tender.
  5. Sprinkle with boullion granules and add teriyaki sauce and 23 cup water.
  6. In a measuring cup, make a paste with the 1/4 cup hot water and cornstarch.
  7. Pour into the skillet and cook for a few minutes until thick.
  8. Add tomato and cook until tender.
  9. Serve over hot cooked rice.
