Lightened Broccoli Salad

  1. Wash fresh broccoli, cut into small bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place in deep bowl.
  3. Add onion, crasins and almonds; toss.
  4. In separate bowl, blend mayo, Splenda & vinegar till smooth.
  5. Pour over broccoli mixture, toss well until coated.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Chill for at least 2 hours for flavors to blend.
