Prairie Pork Chop Bake

  1. - Mix brown sugar & mustard together.
  2. Cover each side of each chop with with it and place in a 9x13 baking dish.
  3. Then combine stuffing, corn and water.
  4. Top each chop with 2-3 spoons of stuffing mixture.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
