Healthy, Low Fat Apple Bran Muffins Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Spray 12 medium muffin cups with non stick cooking spray or line with paper baking cups.
  3. Mix yogurt, apple, applesauce and egg whites in large bowl till blended.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients (except brown sugar) until flour is moistened.
  5. Fill muffin cups 7/8 full.
  6. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
  7. Bake for 20 to 24 min or possibly until golden.
  8. Immediately remove from pan.
