Egg Salad Crostini

• 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
• 1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
• 2 green onions, sliced
• 5 pimento-stuffed green olives, chopped
• 2 tsp. finely chopped roasted red peppers
• 1 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
• 4 slices Italian bread, toasted

1. Combine all ingredients except toast slices.
2. Spread onto toast slices.
