Apple Mustard Slaw (Vegan)
- 2 Tablespoons Whole Grain Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 cups Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Salt, Plus More If Needed
- 1/2 heads Savoy Cabbage, Thinly Sliced
- 1 whole Apple, Thinly Sliced
- Whisk mustard, vinegar, olive oil, and salt together in the bottom of a large bowl.
- Add cabbage and apple and toss to combine.
- Taste slaw, and season additionally with salt if desired.
- If slaw seems dry, add a bit more olive oil.
- Enjoy!
