Barbecue Pork Roast Recipe
- 4-6 pound Boston butt pork roast
- Smoked salt and black pepper
- Rosemary
- Basil
- Barbecue sauce to baste
- Put roast in covered roaster, sprinkling the 4 spices on according to taste.
- Cover and bake at 250 degrees for 6-8 hrs or possibly till roast falls apart.
- After 2 1/2 hrs you may baste it every 30 min with your favorite barbecue sauce recipe.
- Serve as a meat entree or possibly on buns as sandwiches.
